The LOTUS II is the pedicure chair clients point at from the door: LED light flows along both sides of the base and through a semi-transparent glass bowl, so the chair itself becomes part of the salon's lighting design. Under the glass it is thoroughly practical, with a 4-gallon tub and Luraco's ultra-sanitary Magna pipeless jet.

Why the FX Top

The FX is the Shiatsulogic top built for serviceability and recline. It lays back to 130 degrees, the deepest in the Shiatsulogic line, with full-function massage (tapping, kneading, rolling, pressing, knocking), a vibrating seat, and rollers that reach the lower back. The pistol-style armrests carry a poly and UV coat against acetone and nail glue, the cover set is double-layer, acetone-proof fabric, and the whole top strips down with a handful of screws when service is ever needed. Shipping information

We ship commercial equipment across the contiguous United States. Small items travel by parcel carrier; chairs, stations, backwash units, treatment tables and pedicure spas ship by LTL freight, boxed and palletized.

Curbside freight delivery

Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code and shown before you pay. The driver delivers your pallet to the curb at your address. Moving equipment inside, unpacking and setup are your responsibility.

Additional service

Liftgate and inside delivery

A liftgate lowers the pallet to ground level for you. Liftgate and inside delivery are extra services. If you have no loading dock or forklift, tell us before you order so we can arrange it.

Do this at delivery

Inspect before you sign

This is the single most important step in the delivery process. Freight carriers accept liability for damage only when it is documented at the time of delivery.

Photograph all four sides of the pallet before unwrapping it.

Count the pallets and boxes, and check straps and shrink wrap.

Note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the wrap looks disturbed, write “possible concealed damage”.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

A receipt signed “clear” makes carrier claims very difficult. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.

Delivery appointments

The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a window. Someone must be present to inspect and sign. Carriers will not leave freight unattended, and a missed appointment results in a redelivery fee charged by the carrier. Ground parcel shipments need no appointment or signature.

Make sure your address has truck access. If a full-size trailer cannot reach you, tell us before you order so we can arrange the right equipment.

Processing times

Most orders are handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. Pedicure spas take 7 to 10 business days to process. Transit time is additional.

Equipment carries a 1-year limited parts warranty from the delivery date. Pedicure spa massage chair tops and towel steamers carry 2 years. Coverage applies to the original buyer in the contiguous United States. Wear and tear, misuse, improper installation and clearance items are not covered. Contact us with your order number and photos, and our team handles the claim.

What is your return policy?

New, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with authorization first. Items returned without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee of at least 25%. Original shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Installed or plumbed items, custom and special orders, build-out packages and clearance items cannot be returned. Freight damage is separate: note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours.
