Pedicure Chairs

A pedicure chair is usually the most expensive single seat in a nail salon and the hardest one to swap out later, because the plumbing decision is made the day it is installed. This collection holds 47 items: full pedicure spas from Mayakoba and T4, a non-plumbing lounge chair, a kid-sized spa, and the technician stools that work alongside them.

Most of the spas here run a pipeless whirlpool with a pull-out sprayer, which is the configuration state boards and inspectors are easiest with. Prices on the plumbed Mayakoba spas sit between roughly $1,988 and $2,988 depending on base and chair top, with the Diva Deluxe at $4,000 and the non-plumbing PediPlush at $720, as listed on 20 September 2026.

Three things decide which one you order: the chair top, which sets the recline range and the massage; the tub and drain setup, which has to match your building; and the footprint, which has to match your room. The product pages carry the published dimensions, recline angles, rear access openings and carton weights, so you can check a chair against your floor plan before you commit. We deliver nationwide, with freight calculated at checkout.

Buying guide: Pedicure Chairs

Pipeless, plumbed, or no plumbing at all

Three setups show up in this collection and they are not interchangeable.

Pipeless whirlpool spas are the bulk of what we carry. Instead of circulating water through internal pipes, a pipeless jet moves water in the bowl itself, so there is no hidden pipe run to disinfect between clients. Every Mayakoba spa listed here uses a pipeless whirlpool with a pull-out sprayer. These are plumbed units: they still need a water supply and a drain.

Jet and liner systems are the other approach on a plumbed chair. The Diamond with the T4 HTxT4S top runs T4's Liner Jet technology with the Magna jet and liner system, is listed as IAPMO approved, and is described as compliant with Technical Bulletin 113, the sanitation standard registered in Boston, California and Oregon. If your inspector is specific about sanitation documentation, that is the configuration to look at first.

Non-plumbing chairs connect to nothing. The PediPlush Lounge is an auto-reclining lounge chair with an ottoman and two removable hand trays, designed for rooms where running supply and drain lines is not an option: leased suites, booth rentals, second-floor spaces, or any build where a permit conversation would stall the opening. You pair it with a portable soak tub.

Wall drain or floor drain, decided before you order

This is the question that most often delays a delivery. On the Diva Deluxe, a wall drain requires the built-in discharge pump option, selected at order time so it is built into the tub. With a floor drain, gravity can do the work, though the listing still recommends prebuilding the pump because it empties the basin faster between clients and keeps the chair usable if you later move or remodel. Confirm your drain type with whoever plumbed the space before you place the order, not after the freight arrives.

Service access is a real spec

The GEOM II publishes a 13.5 by 8 inch rear opening plus four cut-outs sized 4.5 inch, 2 inch and two 1 inch. That matters twice: once at install, and again every time a tech needs to reach a fitting. Chairs with tight rear access cost more in labor over a five-year life than the sticker difference suggests. If you are buying several chairs, ask your plumber which access layout they prefer before you pick a base.

Chair tops: LX, DX, FX and Human Touch

Most Mayakoba bases in this collection are offered with a choice of Shiatsulogic top, and that choice changes the price more than the base does.

  • LX is the baseline: full-function massage with a vibrating seat, automatic recline from 110 to 135 degrees, manicure trays included, and a stated comfortable fit of 300 lb.
  • DX adds the client conveniences: USB ports on both armrests, a push-and-pop purse hook, and an acetone-proof wood-grain hand tray, with a published massage field of 16.5 inches vertical by 7.5 inches lateral.
  • FX reclines to 130 degrees, adds lower-back rollers and coated pistol-style armrests, and carries a 2-year top warranty on the models where that is published.
  • Human Touch HTxT4S, on the T4 Diamond, publishes the widest recline in this collection at 90 to 145 degrees with 7 inches of power seat travel.

If your service menu leans on the massage as part of the sell, the FX or the Human Touch top is where the money should go. If clients mostly want to charge a phone and park a bag, the DX earns its premium more reliably.

Acetone is the material test

Nail rooms destroy finishes that a hair floor would never touch. The published details worth checking are acetone-proof armrests and cover sets, resin or fiberglass bowls rated chemical resistant, and UL listing on the tub. Several models here state all three. Light-colored cover sets and white bases look excellent in photos and show wear soonest, which is a decision about your cleaning routine as much as your taste.

Suite versus a full nail row

A single-chair suite wants a compact base, a non-plumbing option if the lease is short, and a cart rather than built-in storage. A multi-chair row wants one base family so the room reads as one installation, matched trolleys, and consistent rear access so a plumber can work down the line. The spa bases here differ in footprint, so pull the published dimensions for the models you are considering and lay them out against your wall run and your tech circulation space before ordering.

Freight, weight and the delivery path

These ship by freight, not parcel. Published carton weights on the models that state them run around 166 lb for the kid spa and about 275 lb per set across three cartons for the full-size Mayakoba spas. Freight is calculated at checkout. Plan who moves the cartons from the curb to the room, measure your door and any turn, and book the plumber for after the chairs land rather than the same morning.

The stools are not an afterthought

Technicians spend the whole service on them. This collection carries technician and pedicure stools from roughly $46 to $152, including models with roller blade wheels and a combined pedicure stool and manicure chair. Budget one per chair.

Frequently asked questions

What is a pipeless pedicure chair?

A pipeless pedicure chair circulates water inside the bowl rather than through internal plumbing lines, so there is no concealed pipe run to disinfect between clients. The Mayakoba spas in this collection use a pipeless whirlpool system with a pull-out sprayer. Pipeless still means plumbed: the chair needs a water supply and a drain.

Do I need plumbing for a pedicure chair?

For most of the chairs here, yes. The exception is a non-plumbing chair such as the PediPlush Lounge, which connects to nothing and is used with a portable soak tub. That is the usual answer for leased suites and spaces where running supply and drain lines is not practical.

Wall drain or floor drain, and does it change the order?

It can. On the Diva Deluxe, a wall drain requires the discharge pump option built into the tub at order time. With a floor drain, gravity drainage works, though the listing recommends the pump anyway for faster turnaround between clients. Confirm your drain type before you order.

What is the difference between the LX, DX and FX chair tops?

LX is the baseline Shiatsulogic top with full-function massage and automatic recline from 110 to 135 degrees. DX adds USB ports on both armrests, a purse hook and a wood-grain hand tray. FX reclines to 130 degrees and adds lower-back rollers and coated armrests. Published specs vary by model, so check the individual product page.

What weight do these chairs hold?

The Mayakoba tops in this collection state a comfortable fit of 300 lb. Figures differ by model and some listings publish no rating at all. We quote only what the manufacturer publishes on the specific model, so check the product page and contact us if you need a documented figure before ordering.

How do pedicure chairs ship, and how is freight priced?

They ship by freight, generally in two or three cartons, with published weights around 275 lb per set on the full-size Mayakoba spas. Freight is calculated at checkout and we deliver nationwide. Plan how the cartons get from the curb into the room.

Can I get an invoice instead of paying at checkout?

Yes. We can send an invoice for multi-chair orders. Request a quote and we will price the row together.
