Warranty

Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer, we handle claims on your behalf — you never chase the manufacturer yourself.

Freight damage is not a warranty claim

If equipment arrives damaged, that's a freight claim — and it moves fast, but only if documented at delivery. Inspect every pallet, note damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 3 business days. Damage documented at delivery is our problem to fix, at no cost to you. Making a claim

1

Contact us
Order number, product, and what's wrong.

2

Send photos or video
A short video of a mechanical issue resolves claims fastest.

3

We file for you
We handle the manufacturer and keep you updated.

4

Resolution
Replacement parts, repair authorization, or a new unit.

Most claims resolve with replacement parts, which is faster than swapping an entire chair. We stock common parts — hydraulic pumps, cover sets, upholstery — so minor issues often skip the claim entirely. Browse parts →

Keeping your warranty valid

  • Follow manufacturer cleaning guidance — alcohol and bleach destroy commercial upholstery and void coverage
  • Respect rated weight capacities
  • Have plumbed and electrical equipment installed by a licensed professional
  • Keep your order number and delivery documentation

Warranty terms differ meaningfully between brands and price tiers. If coverage length matters to your decision, contact us before ordering and we'll give you the specific terms for the products you're considering.
