Your equipment carries a 1-year limited parts warranty from the day it is delivered. Pedicure spa massage chair tops and towel steamers carry 2 years. Start a claim with us and our team handles it from there.

  • Color, grain and texture variation between production runs
  • Clearance items, which are sold without warranty or service
Important

Freight damage is not a warranty claim

If equipment arrives damaged, that is a freight claim, and it only works if the damage is documented at delivery. Inspect every pallet, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled. Resolution
Replacement parts, a replacement unit, a repair or a refund.

If a unit has to come back for repair, standard shipping both ways is covered. You cover the packaging, and damage caused by poor packaging is not covered. Allow at least 7 business days for diagnosis and repair. If the unit is found to have no defect, a labor fee and return shipping apply. Many issues are solved with a replacement part instead. Keeping your warranty valid

  • Follow manufacturer cleaning guidance. Alcohol and bleach destroy commercial upholstery.
  • Respect rated weight capacities.
  • Have plumbed and electrical equipment installed by a licensed professional.
  • Report missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Keep your order number and delivery paperwork.
