Both. Most of our customers are barbershop, salon, spa, and studio owners, but anyone can order — including booth renters and home-studio professionals. Multi-station orders qualify for volume pricing, and full build-out packages are quoted individually.

As a starting point: our 4-station barbershop package starts at $4,595, 6 stations at $9,795, and our premium 8-station build at $15,495 with white-glove installation available. Final cost depends on chair selection, finishes, and freight to your location — every quote is itemized so you see exactly where each dollar goes.

Yes. Orders of 4 or more chairs or stations qualify for volume quotes with package pricing, consolidated freight, and financing built in. The bigger the order, the more the freight consolidation alone saves you.

Commercial equipment like barber chairs, pedicure chairs, and backwash units ships LTL freight — palletized and protected, delivered curbside by a liftgate truck. Curbside delivery is included in every quote. When your delivery arrives, inspect it before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt — that's what lets us resolve freight damage quickly.

With white-glove service, the delivery team brings your equipment inside, unpacks it, places it in position, and removes the packaging — and on build-out packages it can include assembly and setup. It's available as an option on most large items and included in our premium build-out package.

Lead times vary by product and are confirmed with your quote or order confirmation. In-stock accessories ship quickly by parcel carrier; large freight items and build-out packages are scheduled with you in advance, so your equipment arrives when your space is ready for it.

A standard shampoo bowl or backwash unit needs hot and cold water supply lines, a drain connection, and a vacuum breaker (required by code in most areas). We list plumbing specs on every unit's product page so your plumber or contractor knows exactly what's needed before installation day.

Not always. Plumbed pedicure chairs connect to your water supply and drain like a sink; pipeless models use a self-contained basin with a magnetic jet, and plumbing-free options fill and drain manually — no plumbing work at all. Pipeless and plumbing-free chairs are also easier to sanitize, which is why many states' boards favor them.

A barber chair is heavier, reclines for shaves and facial work, and includes a headrest and larger footrest, with a heavy-duty hydraulic pump rated for constant repositioning. A styling chair is lighter and upright, built for cuts and color. If you offer shaves, you need a true barber chair.

For commercial use, look for at least a 300 lb rated capacity; heavy-duty chairs run 400 lb and up. Capacity, base type, and recline specs are listed on every chair we sell — an underrated spec that determines how long the hydraulic pump lasts in daily use.

A lash bed is built for the artist as much as the client: a raised, adjustable backrest section for proper head positioning, memory-foam comfort for 2+ hour appointments, and a width that lets the artist work close. Massage tables are flat, wider, and lower — workable, but hard on a lash artist's back and neck over a full day.

Yes. We offer financing options designed for new and growing shops, so a $20,000 build-out doesn't require $20,000 in the bank on day one. Financing options are included with every build-out quote — ask us for current terms.

Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty — coverage varies by brand and is listed on each product page, with hydraulics and frames typically covered the longest. If you ever need a claim, we handle the manufacturer on your behalf. We also stock replacement parts like hydraulic pumps and upholstery components.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with prior authorization — contact us first, as freight items must be returned palletized. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee; original outbound freight is non-refundable and return freight is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fee applies to orders under $150, or when the return is our fault — wrong item, defect, or freight damage. Custom and made-to-order items, including build-out packages, aren't returnable. Freight damage noted at delivery is always our problem to fix: inspect before signing and contact us within 3 business days.
