Description

A complete nail salon floor — four pedicure spas and four manicure stations — in one order, one delivery, one invoice.

Built from the Mayakoba line:

  • 4× GEOM I Pedicure Spa by Mayakoba — modern pedicure spa chairs with basin and massage top
  • 4× HUGO Pedicure Stools — rolling technician seating at every spa
  • 4× DREXEL Tufted Manicure Tables — matching single-station nail tables
  • 4× DELIA Technician Stools — for the manicure side
  • 4× DELIA Customer Chairs — client seating at each manicure table
  • 1× DERMALOGIC UV Sterilizer 60L — tool sanitation

Everything ships together as one consolidated freight shipment — one delivery to schedule instead of eight. Curbside freight to your address is included in the package price. Liftgate and inside delivery are extra services, so tell us before you order if you have no loading dock. Pedicure spa plumbing requirements are listed on each spa's product page so your contractor can rough in before delivery day.

Every package is adjustable: swap spa models, change basin colors, add stations. Request a custom quote and we'll send an itemized version for your space, covering equipment and freight to your address.
Shipping information

We ship commercial equipment across the contiguous United States. Small items travel by parcel carrier; chairs, stations, backwash units, treatment tables and pedicure spas ship by LTL freight, boxed and palletized.

Standard

Curbside freight delivery

Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code and shown before you pay. The driver delivers your pallet to the curb at your address. Moving equipment inside, unpacking and setup are your responsibility.

Additional service

Liftgate and inside delivery

A liftgate lowers the pallet to ground level for you. Liftgate and inside delivery are extra services. If you have no loading dock or forklift, tell us before you order so we can arrange it.

Do this at delivery

Inspect before you sign

This is the single most important step in the delivery process. Freight carriers accept liability for damage only when it is documented at the time of delivery.

1

Photograph all four sides of the pallet before unwrapping it.

2

Count the pallets and boxes, and check straps and shrink wrap.

3

Note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. If the wrap looks disturbed, write “possible concealed damage”.

4

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

A receipt signed “clear” makes carrier claims very difficult. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.

Delivery appointments

The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a window. Someone must be present to inspect and sign. Carriers will not leave freight unattended, and a missed appointment results in a redelivery fee charged by the carrier. Ground parcel shipments need no appointment or signature.

Make sure your address has truck access. If a full-size trailer cannot reach you, tell us before you order so we can arrange the right equipment.

Processing times

Most orders are handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. Pedicure spas take 7 to 10 business days to process. Transit time is additional.

Where we ship

Throughout the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, contact us before ordering.

Site prep

Confirm doorway clearances, plumbing rough-in and electrical requirements before your delivery date. Specs are on every product page.

Freight is the part of this business most suppliers handle badly, and the part we care most about getting right. Questions about access, timing or installation? Contact us before you order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does freight (LTL) shipping work?

Chairs, stations, backwash units and pedicure spas ship LTL freight, boxed and palletized. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be there to inspect and sign. Liftgate and inside delivery are extra services, so tell us before you order if you have no loading dock.
How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days. Pedicure spas take 7 to 10 business days to process because they are built and tested before shipping. Transit time is additional and depends on your location.
What payment options do you offer?

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Larger orders and build-outs can be paid by invoice from your quote.
What warranty comes with your equipment?

Equipment carries a 1-year limited parts warranty from the delivery date. Pedicure spa massage chair tops and towel steamers carry 2 years. Coverage applies to the original buyer in the contiguous United States. Wear and tear, misuse, improper installation and clearance items are not covered. Contact us with your order number and photos, and our team handles the claim.
What is your return policy?

New, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with authorization first. Items returned without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee of at least 25%. Original shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Installed or plumbed items, custom and special orders, build-out packages and clearance items cannot be returned. Freight damage is separate: note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours.
