Shipping & Delivery
We ship commercial equipment nationwide. Small items travel by parcel carrier; chairs, stations, backwash units, treatment tables, and pedicure spas ship by LTL freight β palletized, wrapped, and delivered by liftgate truck.
Curbside liftgate delivery
Every freight quote includes it: the driver lowers your pallet to ground level at your address. Moving equipment inside is your responsibility unless you add white-glove.
White-glove delivery
The team brings equipment inside, unpacks it, places it, and removes packaging. On build-outs it can include assembly and setup. Ask for it on your quote.
Inspect before you sign
This is the single most important step in the delivery process. Freight carriers accept liability for damage only when it's documented at the time of delivery.
Check every carton and pallet before the driver leaves.
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Photograph the damage, packaging and pallet included.
Contact us within 3 business days with photos.
Damage documented at delivery is our problem to resolve, at no cost to you. A receipt signed βclearβ makes carrier claims very difficult. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Delivery appointments
The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a window. Someone must be present to inspect and sign β carriers won't leave freight unattended, and missed appointments typically incur redelivery fees.
Make sure your address has truck access. If a 53-foot trailer can't reach you, tell us when you request your quote so we can arrange the right equipment.
Lead times
In-stock accessories ship within a few business days. Freight items and build-outs are scheduled in advance β your quote lists current lead time per item.
Where we ship
Throughout the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the lower 48, contact us for a custom freight quote.
Site prep
Confirm doorway clearances, plumbing rough-in, and electrical requirements before your delivery date. Specs are on every product page.
Freight is the part of this business most suppliers handle badly, and the part we care most about getting right. Questions about access, timing, or installation? Contact us before you order.
